Three Blue Ducks

When it comes to celebrating local produce and creating sustainable, delicious food, Three Blue Ducks in Byron Bay is legendary. Created by a group of Sydney chaps who were seriously into their food—and opened the original Three Blue Ducks in Bronte—many of their dishes use ingredients freshly picked from their garden “out the back”. With years of cooking experience, head chefs, Darren Robertson and Mark Labrooy use the best local produce from regional producers with organic, chemical-free, grass-fed and grass-finished meats to create dishes with bags of flavour. While you might expect to see some Byron staples, like the original Ducks avo smashed on sourdough, there’s also surprises on the menu like hot smoked fish and dukkah. Not to be missed is their coffee - smooth and strong it will kick start your heart or their bloody mary with housemade hot sauce. There’s also a playground for the kids, a foraging trail, a cricket pitch and plenty of picnic spots around the fields to explore with a hamper from our Produce Store.
