Location The hotel is situated on Melbourne's leafy and peaceful St Kilda Road. It is a short 8-minute tram ride to the centre of the CBD or a 10-minute stroll to the South Bank Complex and Federation Square. Trams and buses run from outside the hotel into the city, the beach or to trendy Chapel Street. Albert Park (home of the Grand Prix) is a few metres from the hotel with its boating lake, golf course and children's park. Facilities The hotel is housed within a magnificent heritage-listed Victorian building. It was renovated in 2006 and comprises a total of 41 rooms. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a cloakroom, a games room and conference facilities.
