Neal's journey starts in New York, where he's on a business trip. Thank God it's a lot harder to steal someone's Uber than it is to steal someone's cab... Yeah, I'm looking at you, Kevin Bacon.

Sun Motel (Braidwood Inn)

THOSE AREN’T PILLOWS! The Sun Motel is the real "Braidwood Inn" from the film.

El Rancho Motel

This dingy motel is where the traveling duo pull in to spend the night after Del sets the car on fire. Hopefully your evening at the El Rancho Motel is under better circumstances. Also, booking a room for the night might cost you more than $17 and a hell of a nice watch…

Old Court House Art Center

This is where Neal and Del end up after their barely operational car gets impounded. Interestingly enough, "Planes, Trains, & Automobiles" isn’t the only famous holiday movie to have been filmed at this location. Many of the external shots from the movie "Groundhog Day" were also filmed here!

LaSalle/Van Buren Train Station

The LaSalle and Van Buren stop is not only one of the busiest in Chicago, its also one of the most recognized in the city. This is the location where Neal finally embraces the Thanksgiving spirit and invites Del to stay with his family for dinner.

The Page Residence

This famous location is an 80′s family home staple, and the only place ornery marketing exec Neal Page wants to be on Thanksgiving. Today this house is a private residence, so be respectful and take your photo ops from the sidewalk. You know, unless Neal invites you in.
