We thought this was the safest of the parks in the area to leave it for 6 days while we flew out of Anchorage. It is full hookup, level, gravel, full Verizon bars. The sites are exceptionally tight. I mean slide to slide tight. It is on a busy & loud highway. Check in was relatively easy but I did not find the staff very friendly the times I did interact with them. If we were not gone for the majority of our time here, there is no way we would stay here and pay the outrageous price for this run down trailer park. I will say the laundry room was clean with new machines and the dryers actually dried the clothes first cycle. Shopping is nearby.

We were having some problems with our solar and made reservations here to give us time to fix the issue while we had full hook-ups. I would not stay here again even under those circumstances.
When I called to reserve a space, the individual I talked wiith was very, well, unstructured in his process. I felt unsure that I actually had a reservation (no request for phone or email address, just for a credit card). Things do seem to be more relaxed in Alaska, but this seemed a little over the top. When we arrived to check-in, it took forever to find our reservation - our name was spelled wrong, but we finally got there. Even after getting the name corrected, it still took quite a while to be assigned a space, to print a site map, and make notes about WIFI passwords (WIFI is not too bad here) to complete check-in so we could set up. We were assured that our 23-foot trailer and Ram 1500 would fit in the space, and, while it is true that the sites are pretty wide, it definitely was not deep enough for our truck, we we are parked perpendicular to our trailer, barely out of the road.
A post and metal fence carry water and electrical across the back of the sites, and sites were separated by a rope tacked to the ground that couldn't be seen when backing in. In addition, the roads through the park are narrow, and the branches of trees that had been trimmed are laying partway in the roadway. There was trash among the sites and a strong sewer smell which I reported to management. I was told it was probably the creek on the other side of the fence but that maintenance would look into it. The odor has not dissipated and I picked up the trash. I have not checked the bathrooms. And if you need to use the laundry, you cannot use detergent pods because they will not dissolve in the washing machines. The hook-ups seem to work fine
This is a old motel and RV park which seems unsafe even though it is in an area that looks pretty good. I will say it is quiet except for the small aircraft that are constantly overhead. (I later learned that the small airport not too far from us is the busiest small airport in the world, which I guess accounts for this.) It is easy to find and is not to far from anything you would wish to see in or around Anchorage.
