“Tranquility in the heart of the village”
Among the most important of Bar Harbor's historic homes, Atlantean Cottage was built in 1903 by prominent architect Frederick Savage as his personal residence. Today, this splendid home's wonderful accommodations and amenities make it the perfect setting for your Bar Harbor visit: Beautiful and elegant, supremely comfortable and tranquil. A location at once peaceful and quiet, yet so very close and convenient to all the village and Acadia have to offer! All Atlantean's delightfully appointed rooms have private baths en suite, TV, AC, and WiFi. Several also have fireplaces and spa tubs. And all guests enjoy the lovely grounds and gardens, the extensive public spaces, well-stocked butler's pantry, and the incredible breakfasts with which we spoil you daily. Come, enjoy, and give yourselves the Bar Harbor getaway you deserve!
Reviews
Absolutely superb! Gary and Heidi will be as helpful as you want them to be in helping you plan your enjoyment of Acadia National Park. And the breakfasts are to die for.
