Very well maintained but with unintrusive staff, fantastic location with sparkling pool with huge decks overlooking gulf and many sites with gulf views. All sites back-in, but tons of room to maneuver and plenty of room for your tow vehicle. Half way between Biloxi and Gulfport, so away from the bustle, but easy access to local attractions. Immediately across Beach Boulevard from the water, but there are no RV parks on the ocean side in the area. Jet ski/water sports/chair-umbrella rentals on the beach if you don’t bring your own. Light street noise and rare far-off train whistle. 4-bars verizon LTE. A bit spendy, but location, location, location!

This is a newer RV park right on Beach Blvd across from the beach. Even though we were in a site right next to the road, the noise was not bad. The poolside deck is really nice to watch sun rise and sunset. We enjoyed walking on the beach. Even though it said "no dogs", everyone had dogs on the beach which was great for us. I think it might be because it was winter and not busy. Also, the large sidewalk that runs along the beach is great for bike riding and walking. The laundry and shower rooms were really nice. We took advantage of the adjacent customer-friendly waffle house a couple of times. The park is convenient to everything - only a couple blocks to Jefferson Davis' home. We also enjoyed the Mardi Gras museum and local restaurants.

We paid $49.50 for a weekly rate. I tried to get a Good Sam discount but could not get a hold of the office. I called 4 different times on different days. I left a message, still no luck. I finally reserved online. I picked out a space (22) because it had a table and gazebo behind it and thought I could work outside a little. The office called me back before mu arrival. She said there is a car parked in our space that didn't want to move, so instead she was moving me to a "better space" closer to the clubhouse. I didn't want to be closer to the clubhouse. I work from my MH and screaming kids at a pool would not help. But we agreed as what could we do. It turns out she did us a favor because we met really great people next to us and the people next to 22 were loud partiers!
The location of this park is perfect for beach goers! If you can afford the rate, you are better off here. Though the other two parks in the area, Southern Comfort and Cajun, seemed to have decent beaches, they were much further off the road and had a "weedy" patch of beach to walk through. Gulf Beach resort is literally a few steps from the sand. There also is a rental place right on the beach for chairs and umbrellas plus beach trikes and jet skis. There is a wonderful path in front of the beach for walking or riding your bike.
The space is ok. There was room for our MH and our jeep. It was long enough for our MH and wide enough to park our jeep next to us with room for chairs.. The roads in the park are narrow around the corners for big rigs, but doable.
I didn't use the bathrooms, so sorry no info here. But the laundry facilities were fine. Top load washers though. $2 each for wash and dry which takes only quarters. This is next to the office and the pool which was very nice. Next to the pool is a deck which overlooks the beach. Nice place to sit. Check out the pictures. Lastly, the WIFI was hit or miss. Sometimes ok and sometimes rough. We used our Verizon hotspot for Zoom calls and watching our firestick. Though that sometimes was knocked down to 2 bars. Ouch.
We were here before things opened back up, so the beach was empty and quiet until the last day. (Sunday) Then traffic picked up and the beaches had quite a few people on them.
Lastly noise at night wasn't too bad. There was a faint train at 5 am or so, but I only heard it once. And it was faint. Overall a great place to visit for beach time!

The campsite is super clean, staff was great, bathhouse was clean, my son loved the pool. The only issues we had were that the sites were too close, you have to cross a 4 lane Highway to get to the beach, & the WiFi was slow & kept disconnecting.

The Gulf Beach RV resort isn’t really a resort IMHO because it doesn’t offer many of typical resort amenities. But it’s nice and clean with a pool and deck right across from the Gulf. All of the sites are concrete and large. The road in is paved and wide so it makes backing in easy. Only 3 sites (1-3) actually have a view of the water. The downside is you have to be next to the pool and deck to have view. It’s a relatively small park, which is nice. The bathrooms are clean and efficient. There’s a Waffle House next door. It’s on a busy road so it’s noisy but there’s not really anything around. Large grassy area next door to walk dogs, etc. Internet worked ok but was kind of slow. Online booking was easy. $85night less good Sam discount.

We really liked this RV Resort. Everything was organized and very clean. We asked to change our site the moment we arrived, and since it was possible, they made ir happen. Staff was courteous and the place is beautiful. The internet was supposedly good, but for some reason, we couldn’t get the internet signal from the source that was just in our site, so, we didn’t get good internet in any of our devices.
It was a very good experience, anyway.
If you want to stay in Biloxi, I guess, this is the best RV resort considering the distance from the train tracks. You’ll hear the train from any of the rv resorts in the area.
We will come back.

We stayed here overnight on our way to New Orleans. The sites were level, easy to back into and plenty large. We showed up after the office closed, but they had left a note for us on the door with details about our site. Only a couple of the sites right by the office actually have an ocean view, but the ocean is right across the street and there is a waffle house if you are hungry in the am.

Our site #2 had a view to the gulf. It’s right by the pool and outdoor patio, but it was cold during our stay and they were not used. Not sure we’d like the spot during high season. The park is paved and our concrete site was level. We did not use and facilities. Staff parked their cars in the empty sites on both side of us, which was odd. The office accepted a few packages from Amazon for us, which we appreciated. This park is right across the street from the beach, so for me it is in a great location. I was able to photograph the sunrise each day and I also drove to the marina light to photograph black skimmers at low tide. We went to the Mississippi Sandhill Crane National Wildlife Refuge and had a very nice walk. Rouse’s grocery store a short drive away was clean and well-stocked. Both Verizon and AT&T we’re good. We did hear trains at night but it wasn’t horrendous.
