Pros: Big sites. Good place if you need a quick stop over. Easy on off from the interstate. Quiet. Clean. That is where it ends.
Cons: lots of mosquitoes and biting flies. The trail by the creek was more of a swamp. The pool closes at 7:45pm so I can’t comment on using the pool. The owners made such a big deal about making change for the laundry machines accusing us of trying to give them a couple fake Susan B Anthony coins. Rates are high for a more mom and pop rustic RV park and there is no Good Sam club, AAA, or military discounts. I have no idea where else you would stay in Buffalo but for one night it is clean quiet and fine. After that we were ready to move on.
I would just confirm the Review by Brandi below in regard to the pros. The mosquitos were everywhere in late June so cut short the dog walk to the great disappointment of my two dogs. Just seemed over-priced for what it is @ $60 per night. I won't return even though I take this route to see family frequently.
This is a Good Sam park, however the rate on their web site "already includes a 10% discount" so having a Good Sam card doesn't get you a price any different from other guests. We only stayed overnight to break up a very long drive, but we were pretty impressed by what we saw. Our site was at the end of a row so it was pretty large, other sites were more average in size. Our site was unlevel, requiring some wood blocks under our front wheels. Utilities all worked fine, we had good AT&T signal, and the WiFi performance was one of the best we've encountered anywhere... always functioning and always fast, even in the evening when most campground WiFi slows to a crawl. Kudos to Deer Park for getting this right! There's a nice walking loop trail through a field and some woods, maybe 1/3 mile long, and plenty of other grassy places to walk dogs. There's a small creek through the park but it was low flow and overgrown with algae so not suitable for getting the dogs wet. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or other amenities but the entire park looked clean and well maintained. The area was nice and quiet despite being less than a mile from the interstate. We would definitely return, hopefully for a longer stay next time.

We spent a month here for $600 in the middle of summer. Long term stays are in the back of the park, separate from the overnight section. Our site was huge with plenty of separation from our neighbors. We had a great view into the large field separating us from the freeway (about a quarter mile away) and saw horses, deer, turkey and pronghorns every day. Park wifi was quite good most of the time and we also had excellent Verizon signal. There is a good amount of shade in the park, very nice when summer temps reach the 80's and 90's. Good laundry room, nice pool. Close proximity to town and only about 12 miles to the mountains for cooler temperatures. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy to get to from I 25, good directional signs to check-in. After check-in escorted to site. This is not a cookie cutter all in a row place. Not new, but very well kept full hook ups, cable good WiFi. Heated pool. packed dirt inner roadways gravel pad, nice sized grassy area between sites. Minor road noise, from access hi-way.
Reviews from 2015, still accurate. There is an ice cream social around 8pm, bring your own bowl, spoon and $2, for some chocolate or vanilla. We didn't go, but nice way to meet fellow campers.

This is a very nice RV park. The people working at the park were very helpful and made many recommendations regarding places to visit and dine in Buffalo. Our spot was plenty shady and there was a big open area we used to exercise our dog. We saw deer and wild turkeys almost every day we stayed. We made this place our home base in order to visit the area. A nice farmers market in the summer, several great places to eat breakfast (love the Main Street Diner) and don’t forget to visit the Occidental Hotel in town. For a small town, Buffalo has lots of services available.

From check-in (no reservation), to the site amenities, to the shower, and the ice cream social in the evening — this was a delightful experience.
Sites were gravel and mostly level. Nice space between. Trees for shade. Easy access to the interstate. Very nice people. Only downside was water pressure, but it was sufficient. Would definitely stay there again.

What a great place to relax and spend a few days. The owner is so nice and has taken great pride in planting trees, grooming the land and making this a very special place to visit. We are relaxing in a very quiet lot, close to all site amenities yet not bothered by those who are enjoying their visit. The sites have 50amp power, waste connections, site water and cable. Don’t forget to bring your own cable if you want to watch the 23 different channels provided. The water pressure was low but was totally adequate to provide water to the rig for our needs. We found it not to be an issue so no worries. The park is well maintained and shows the love of being family owned. The elderly owners hand planted every tree and nurtured each one to form this beautiful oasis. There is a great nature walking trail on the property that immerses the visitor into the local environment. It is so relaxing.
We were greeted promptly and escorted to our lot. The owner spotted us as we backed our 38’ 5th wheel into our site. It was effortless. Each site is well positioned for parking ease with adequate space between guarded with tall mature trees for shade. The positive experience is a reward for selecting Deer Park Campground based on other online reviews and pictures. It definitely lives up to the reviews. Enjoy your visit!

This was a quick stop on a long road trip so I had no expectations of anything nice. Wow, such a nice rv park! Quiet, plenty of shade and such nice staff- an absolute gift. We had plenty of room for our fifth wheel, truck and an extra car in our site. When we checked in, we were escorted to the site and they made sure we were happy with the spot. I mentioned walking the dog and got a detailed suggestion on a nice trail in the rv park to walk. After a long day, we all needed it! We watched several deer grazing. There were cabins and tent sites that looked great too.
I had thought about the other 2 rv parks close by but after seeing how close they were to the road I'm so glad I chose this one -it's tucked away from the noise. The next time I travel through, I'll be planning to stay several days. Also, Buffalo has a nice downtown and well worth a visit. If you go, check out the bakery Lolly's.

Far enough away from the freeway to reduce the road noise....but must be close to a bar or music venue. Loud music until 2a. We turned down the air and drowned it out.
