“a beautiful display of amazing free art”
The Stop N Lock Graffiti Wall graffiti wall is a notorious spot for artist & taggers alike. Located on the back side of an actual in-use Storage facility, the Stop n Lock has been hit up by some of the biggest and best graffiti artist in the United States. The owners of the facility don't really seem to mind the art and consistent attention it brings from photographers, locals, and artist. Dayton cops don't seem to mind as well and is regularly monitored by them to keep down the nonsense. The Stop N Lock is a beautiful display of amazing free art. If your into street art and looking to see an interesting piece of Dayton, stop and check out this spot.

I called the owners and indeed, they allow artists to tag and paint away! They said the only stipulation is "no gang signs or profanity". I had my paint supplies with me, and I added my piece!!!!
This is amazing to see! Definitely worth the stop!
Still active but needs some cleaning up, weeds and overgrowth are taking over the wall2019! Will go out and spray paint soon!
Very cool place to check out! It was fun to see all the art work and add our own!
This was my first stop on my latest road trip. My kids 6 and 9 thought it was cool and it actually really is. The art work was better than I thought and the access to the wall was tougher than I thought with all the weeds grown. I brought a paint brush and some paint for them and they painted their names on the wall. We did it in water paint so it will come off easily. The best work is closest to the road but it is a long wall and well worth checking out!
Worth the stop! My favorite stop so far on my road trip. Very nice art work, and a great place to take pictures !
great way to allow artists a spot for their creative outlet! Worth stopping by... it changes often, so never the same visit twice
Really enjoyed our stop here on a "weird stuff in Dayton, Ohio" trip with my two teens. Not the nicest neighborhood so we were in and out pretty quickly, but such a cool place to visit and our pictures turned out awesome. I think it's great that this business owner encourages art and expression in this way. What a great way to add some serious bling to an area of blight. Loved it. Definitely recommend a stop. I would never have known about it without looking for things to do on Roadtrippers!
