This place is good for a 1 night stopover and is basically a level gravel lot with picnic tables. There were many long term residents which provided for lots of local color. On the plus side we had full hook ups for $25 and we didn't need levelers. Any size rig can be accommodated. The laundry was clean and inexpensive per load ($1.25/wash, $.50/dry). The management was friendly and helpful. They even have a Sunday morning tea at 7:30 am for everyone. The only negatives were train and traffic noise during the night.

All the parks are in a row on the same street so are the same distance from the busy train track and the freeway. Sites are pretty close together on a gravel lot. Our site was mostly level, 50 amp worked fine. Water pressure was low and sewer pipe elevated so those weren't great. We originally paid for two nights, on the Passport America rate of $13/night, and they extended us another three nights at the same rate which we really appreciated as we were staying to get the motorhome slide fixed. Nice to have propane on site, friendly hosts. Park quiet although train runs all night. WiFi was slow most of the time and didn't connect some of the time.
More of a stop-over spot than a destination park.

We needed full hookups and to go to Walmart. The people in the office were very nice and got us the needed propane before we even got to our site. It's in a gravel lot close to other RVs, but it was level and was what we needed for a couple of nights. We couldn't hear the interstate and only occasionally a train, but not enough to be bothersome. The wifi was non-existent so we had to use our hotspots. We took a side trip to Rockhound State Park and that was nice if you like to hike. We would stay here again.

New ownership and they haven’t completed paperwork for either Good Sam or Passport America. They do give military discount and their sign out front advertised $25 with discount plus tax. The parking is basically a gravel lot but there are other RV parks in town and they are the same. I-10 and a busy rail line are within 1/4 mile but they are to the other parks as well. There is a small dog area. Many of the units have been there for a long long time.
The staff was very good to work with and we were led to our spot. They also sell propane. No stores are within easy walking distance. Also have cable TV and there is a picnic table at most sights.
