Stayed here in September 2014, it was pretty cheap, only $79/night. Excellent location. Next to a gay bar, and near The Spot, a popular Seawall eatery, and it's just about a 10 minute walk to the Pleasure Pier.

The beach is just over the road. However, there's like no crosswalks across the busy road to get to the beach, it's literally a 10 minute walk to each of the crosswalks. So, keep that in mind. Overall, very clean room, came with a microwave and fridge. Very cozy.
