We booked this campground back in June of 23. Reserve America never warned the water would be off during our stay from 2-7-24 to 2-11-24. After we checked in the ranger informed us that all the water was off. The campground would not give a refund said it was noted on the reservation (not true). They only water we could get to fill our fresh water tank with was at the rangers station, they were very kind and gave us water from an inside wash room. The upgraded loop was very nice, all 11 sites. We had site 110. The restroom was open and heated. Surprisingly it was very clean. We took a walk around the full park, and found that all the other sites had water but no electricity. The asphalt was in very poor condition at the sites and they all were very short. I have posted pictures. We asked some workers that were tearing out some decks that were in very bad shape on some of the sites, "what is the deal with all only water sites," he told us it was in very dangerous condition and had to be taken out. I give this a 4 out of 5 only because of the friendliness of staff and the upgraded loop. I feel the state must start putting some money back into this park as it is very beautiful.
