Such a delicious place, and a perfect breakfast stop! Absolute Bakery was recommended to me by my Airbnb host as the best place to eat in Mancos, and it didn't disappoint. I got a ginormous cinnamon role that was delicious, and went perfectly with a nice cup of coffee. Read more

OH MY GOSH! YOU HAVE TO STOP HERE :) We did not get the pleasure of having actual food here but as I waited at the counter to place my order, the food that was going by me made me so very jealous of those that did! We got a loaf of their 7 Grain bread, some lemon lavender cookies (OMGOMGOMG), brown sugar butter cookies, oatmeal cranberry and white chocolate cookie and a peanut butter chocolate chunk cookie. EVERYONE in there was amazing and wonderful and the girl did not even make fun of me after I paid for all my food, left, ate a lemon lavender cookie and promptly turned around went back in the shop and bought ALL OF THEM that were left.
