What an Awesome place to Stay! The roads up to this KOA campground which is basically in Agricola, VA was a two way highway, some construction on the way there, but not to bad. The campground is close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 10 miles from Elon, and 15 miles from Lynchburg. The campground is well organized, lots of amenities for adults and children. Very clean pool, Jump pad, horse shoes, basketball court, ping pong, and camping games. Convenient store, laundry, fishing pond, hiking trails, fire wood, propane, and everything one needs. Sites are level, a little tight, but nice with lots of trees and shade. The bathrooms and showers are private, each bathhouse has 4 or 6 single shower and toilet stall. Best shower I had so far on our travels. The Staff is fantastic, always eager to help with what ever is needed. Lynchburg is a nice 30 minutes drive where history is present, colonial architecture, and lots of biking. The RiverWalk Trail is perfect for those looking for exercise in the great outdoors. We biked, and hiked in the area. Down side of this location, supermarket And Walmart are about 10 miles from the campground, and the Wi-Fi is good, but not strong.

The owners are so nice and accommodating along with the other workers. The park is wonderful and well maintained. Bathroom and showers are very well kept. We look forward to staying there again.

Cute campground and helpful staff.
Unfortunately, it’s a VERY windy road from 81, and internet is very slow

Most importantly: From the north Arrive off 81 via 64E, 29S and 130W. Maps takes you to Natural Bridge/Glasgow which puts you on a real terror. Narrow, steep, windy mountain road east off 81 toward the campground. From the south, look into Roanoke to Lynchburg (four lane roads) then North on 29 to 130W.
Also, off 64E go to the exit past 99 to avoid a very steep downhill. You'll be on country two lanes for a bit but nothing challenging. 29S is a four lane. 130W is a wide two lane. Before or after dark watch for deer from 64E exit all the way to your campsite. This KOA is outstanding! Spotless grounds and bathroom/showers. Wonderful caretakers. Many activities for the kids. Read their notes about wifi. very accurate. Very, very quiet area. Remote.

Never stayed at a KOA before, little pricy for us. We were meeting friends and they picked it. Friendly helpful staff that met us as we arrived, our site was large and level and the bathrooms were nice. You don't get much privacy. You are away from everything not not too far. Verizon showed 2 bars of 5G but I thought it was a little slow. I gave it 4 stars only because of price. They offer lots of amities but we are out exploring not hanging out at the park.

We had a nice, quiet stay for 4th of July week. Most sites are fairly shady which really helped this week with temperatures in the 90s. The whole campground was clean and well maintained. Cell service and campground wifi were both intermittent.

Very beautiful campground tucked back into the woods. This is true camping! The sites aren’t right on top of each other like some KOAs but i would have liked just a bit more space. We were there in early October when the leaves had just started turning so it was very picturesque and mid week so the camp wasn’t crowded. If all sites had been full it may have felt more crowded. Driving amongst so many trees seems daunting but theres room to maneuver and get through. Tight in some spots though but i loved the feel of the place. Very easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. I wish i had several more days to stay there!

Very clean with spacious sites, nice landscaping and a friendly staff. Stayed here while going to the Natural Bridge. The kids enjoyed the jump pad, playground, and snow cones. We would stay here again.
We had a great site next to the woods. The back of our spot was spacious but a fire ban was on so no campfires. Great walking paths and friendly staff.
This place was just what we needed! The owners live on site and were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations in the area! Kids loved the gem mining and being able to ride bikes without hills! We ended up adding an extra night because they didn't want to leave!!! Great place for a relaxing stay!
