If you have been to one KOA you have been to most. Subtle differences between them, but setup pretty much the same.
We were there for a family get together as it was centrally located.
What made this KOA stand out was the staff. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating!

We stayed here one night on our way to Knoxville. We pulled in after dark on a snowy evening in January, but the office was still open (not normal for a KOA in January). The staff was super friendly and gave us treats and poop bags for both of our pups. Pretty standard KOA sites - not huge, but not terrible. We didn't use the showers, but the bathrooms looked pretty nice. The road into the campground is a little steep but doable. When you first turn in, you feel like you're in the wrong place, but keep following the signs. The exit from the campground (one way roads, so it was different from the entrance) was also pretty steep, and it looked like a few campers had scraped their back ends getting out in the past; we were fine, but we're in a motorhome. Since we were only here for the night, I don't remember how good the wifi or our Verizon signal was.

Killer Wifi - Our Roku worked great! We had a pull thru site with full hookups. paved level pad for RV. Some road noise. passenger side area was a bit narrow Very helpful staff. Bit confusing entrance - instead of parking in front of office. They want you to pull up to stop sign following arrows, stop and go into office. Got lots of helpful text messages day of reservation. They are trying, however not a good thing to read while driving.

This was a nice KOA with full hookups. Pool, playground, cabins, and even teepee for the kids. Nice well maintained dog area, trails. Would like to stay longer and enjoy the area a bit more. One thing to note is that the ingress and egress are both steep.

Nice older KOA, the entrance into the campground is on a long narrow rd. It is one way. Check in was easy the staff were great. As others have said the spaces may not be level. The approach to ours was a bit at an angle but the pad was pretty level. The grounds are nice as is the pool, facilities and camp store. Lot's of walking areas for the pups. We would stay here again when in the area.

The campground is okay, probably would be a hit for families with kids, lots for them to do. I gave it only 3 stars because of the price versus the site quality itself. We have stayed at parks that are $55 a night with concrete slabs instead of mud and gravel.
