“A Great Place to Be In the Middle of No Where”
As you’re traveling along Highway 40 between Hot Sulphur Springs and Kremmling, a must stop is The Parshall Inn, in Parshall, Colorado. Built in 1950, this authentic roadside diner is full of Grand County’s charm of the high country. Longtime locals know it as the “P.I.” and often come in for the best hamburger for miles around, especially since there isn’t a restaurant for miles around. It is the perfect place to stop for a cold beer and a good meal after an enjoyable day of fishing, hunting or snowmobiling.
