Our Take
The Rocky Statue on display in Philly is the one actually created for the scene in "Rocky III" when Clubber Lang (played by the brilliant Mr. T) harasses Rocky. Today it’s appropriately located at the bottom of the so-called Rocky Steps (aka the east entrance to the Philadelphia Museum of Art) so you can recreate the most famous shot from every Rocky training montage after your selfie with the City of Brotherly Love’s favorite fictional son.
