We made an almost last minute visit to this park, and not being able to stay at the nearby casino RV Park that we enjoyed previously, we chose to stay here based on some google reviews. First, we arrived about 9pm at night, and our check-in paperwork was posted to the outside of the office for us, and directions were clear to our site. Like all RV parks the sites were close together, but I have definitely seen worse - these were not too bad. The grounds were well maintained and clean, and this seems like a popular place for travelers. If you are visiting north Spokane, this area is great.
The only downside to this park, and it is not anything the managers or owners can do, the road that passes here seems to be a local late-night hangout for those that like to race up and down the street. Our site backed up to the main road though, most likely a product of our last-minute reservation, and other than that a great spot to stay.

Don't go here if you have a rig that's more than ten years old or didn't cost over 50 grand. Don't go here if you want a quiet stay, privacy or nice scenery. This is not a park built for anyone living in their RV. They looked at us like we were aliens climbing down from our UFO. We just went there to use the dump site and just that cost 25 dollars and someone told us to wait for an employee at the spot who never showed up. We had some trouble with our batteries/generator so had to stay longer than planned while our batteries charged. When the second employee knocked and told us we needed to "expedite this" while motioning furiously we offered to pay for the time we had spent and another night to avoid stress. She quickly told my husband that they were fully booked and someone was waiting on our spot. I don't think this was true but maybe I'm being cynical. We'd seen empty spots around but not many. Everyone there was packed in like sardines so it was impossible to know for sure. I'm giving more stars than I'd like to simply because other ppl at other places have treated us far worse. We were glad to leave.

We came to Spokane to visit family and sight-see. We found this RV Park here on Campendium and even though it didn't have any reviews yet- we took a chance. The office personnel were very friendly and helpful. They do take Good Sam- so 10% off!
It's a newer park with about 90 sites. We had a 50' back in site and feel our location in the park was the best! (G12) Hardly any road noise and we were backed into a business park so it was super green and super quiet. We even got lucky and their trees shaded our rig in the afternoon.
The hookups were good except for the cable. Firstly you had to practically get on the ground to hook up your cable in their box- it was recessed and nearly impossible with my man hands! Plus the cable signal wasn't very good we had a lot of static-y channels.
The location in the area was good for us. Close to the tourist sites and close enough to visit our family. The pool was tiny for this size park (about 25' X 15') and it was 105 degrees when we were here in August. It's only 3 feet deep at the edges and 4 feet deep in the middle- not a big body of water. Lots of families at pool during this summer heat so it was crowded and got kind of yucky by days end (We called it human soup).
The laundry room was a joke. They had 3 washers and 4 dryers. One washer was out of order the entire week we were there. No change machine for quarters and the office was out of quarters. I tried to get 2 loads done for several days but those machines were always being used and others were waiting. We finally said screw it and went to a laundromat in the area.
The family showers were amazing! There were 6 of them and they were spotless. I saw them being disinfected a couple of times during our stay. They also have a very nice Rec. Room.
All in all we had a good stay and would definitely come again.

We stayed here on our way to some national parks. The location of the campground is good, close to town. The people are nice and the recreation room was good. The sites have full hook up and a picnic table with a fair amount of space between them compared to others. The dog park was also nice. That is all I can say for the positives.
Their WiFi was a joke, only working if you are right at the main house. The pool was also closed due to COVID. Despite these amenities not working, we paid 70 a night to stay with a good Sam discount. Parking was rough in our 32 foot fifth wheel due partly to tight roads and partly to the biggest con of all: people live here full time. There were satellite dishes in the ground, large amounts of lawn ornaments, kids plastic play houses, storage trailers, and someone with trash piled up behind their rv. This was not all sites of course, but a good bit of them were a mess.
To sum it up, way overpriced for what it was.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This park is run by management that is rude, unscrupulous and deceitful. We made reservations 5 months in advance. First, they "forgot" to apply our Good Sam discount and tried to put us in a “buddy site”. After getting the site changed and discount applied, there was a a $42 overcharge. Instead of refunding to our credit card they put a credit on our”account.” That was 5 months before our stay. We were here for 5 nights at $84 per night so not exactly a minimal amount. Then a charge of $15.80 appeared on our account and when we asked what it was for the manager, Kaytlyn, could not, and would not explain. When we pressed her on what it was for, we were ordered to get out of her office. Be forewarned, once you make a reservation here requiring payment in full upfront, they will not give you a refund.
They also have a practice of allowing non residents to use the empty sites for dumping because they don't have water at their dump station. After three RVs dumped next to us on our first day there we asked them to please stop doing that. Again the manager, Kaytlyn, who was combative said pretty much too bad and had no intention of stopping it. We called the ownership of the park twice with no return call. This place is not Better Business Bureau accredited so they do not care about complaints against them. AGAIN- DO NOT STAY HERE! Do not support businesses who treat customers in this manner.

The park in general was nice. Our issue came when we attempted to use the dump station. Even though we had paid to stay (84 dollars) they were going to charge 25 dollars to use the dump station. We did not pay and found a free dumpsite elsewhere. I called later just to make sure that I had not missed something in the massive amount of paperwork we had to sign. I was then told the they did not like using the dumpsite and there was no water there tho it did have a hose hanging. None of this is mentioned on the website. The fee is not mentioned on the website. A dump station is how ever listed as an amenity. Shady business if you ask me. Had they told us we would have dumped in the site. We like the ability to flush the tank at dump stations.

This RV park was so clean/manicured it felt more like a suburban neighborhood with a really strict HOA than an RV campground! It was spotless and all facilities were very new and well-taken care of. The staff was friendly and gave us lots of materials about the area.
We stopped through in winter for a few days on our way from British Columbia to Texas. Awesome service! Very helpful and informative. Well maintained and good internet service. We were very comfortable. ❤️
This campground is only two years old and is extremely clean and well maintained. Facilities are immaculate and impressive. Competitive prices as well.
