Reviews
I was so excited when I booked this room, but my stay here was far from satisfactory for a place claiming to be such a treasure...
First... there was no valet working despite the stand not saying anything otherwise. After waiting 15 minutes I finally self-parked and ran into some sketchy characters as I walked with my computer and camera equipment back to the hotel. The EXACT reason I wanted to valet.
There was a solid 40 minute wait to check-in since there was only 1 person working (the other was out on break). He was friendly, but poor guy had to take this on by himself.
Room bathroom had a lady product left in the toilet.
I also emailed this place before arriving to ask if it was ok to ship a package there since I was on the road and needed something sent to me. No response. I even told them I worked for a travel website. Had to ship the box to the next city, a days drive for me, and miss out on having its contents.
The decor was neat and fun, and I'm sure the bars/restaurants/roof deck, etc. are great but after spending an hour and a half parking and checking in I went straight to my room. I gave the same feedback in a survey, but hearing nothing back, I guess I'll go ahead and go public with my bad experience!
I won't be staying here again.
Really fun place to stay. The rooftop bar really cool with the moon rotating on top the the hotel. Really close to all the nightlife on the loop.
