It might be a bit expensive for what it is, but it's worth it if you're a fan of true crime or the paranormal-- keep your eyes peeled for toys that move around on their own and for bad vibes in the attic. The owner has done a fantastic job of restoring it to its early 20th-century appearance, and the guides are knowledgable about the murders and paranormal happenings. Just keep in mind that the town of Villisca is truly tiny (there's only one restaurant) so don't plan on anything more than a quick stop at the house.
