We expected to need the air conditioner in Wenatchee so we made reservations at the most convenient location. The park sites are widely separated but there isn't any visual separation at all. By the time you pay the out of state surcharge for reservations, it was $47.50 for one night AND showers required $1 tokens for 3 minutes. Really nice location, but Washington State is pricing their parks out of sight!

This is right on the Wenatchee and Columbia Rivers. There are walking trails nearby and the camping spots are spacious. There is not much privacy between campsites, but it is a nice park.

We stayed at Wenatchee Confluence State Park on our way to -- and from -- a fiberglass trailer rally in Osoyoos, BC. We heard there was a good bike trail looping around both sides of the Columbia River, and that the trail passes right through the park. All true -- and a great trail.
As others have said, the sites are not visually separated much, but they are spacious. Lawns get watered on a strict schedule so you must pay attention to that -- but, for your trouble, you get some really, really nice lawns. There are sand tent pads and concrete patios with picnic tables at each site. There are a few trees, so you can find shady spots, but there's plenty of sun, too.
Typical for Washington State Parks: reasonably good sites, slightly high prices, annoying need to pay extra for a shower. Very clean facilities; very friendly staff. There's a launch ramp if you want to paddle the river (we didn't); there are interpretive signs and benches here and there along the Columbia River shoreline. Some distant mountain views in the west. Not sure I would stay here for two weeks, but for a few days -- especially if you like a flat, friendly, scenic bike trail -- go for it.

This campground is right in town...in fact, we were sure we couldn't be headed in the right direction. But there it was, tucked into a spot along the river. The campground sites are huge and very well maintained. It was a great spot to do for a night along or travels.

Wenatchee Confluence S.P., Chelan Co. WA, City of Wenatchee. Now that the smoke has cleared (so sad that so much of Wenatchee burned), the State Park there is re-opened for great camping, swimming, and wildlife viewing. Half of the Park is the Horan Wildlife Refuge, which is re-planting and saving all the plant species drowned nearly out of existence by the creation of dams on the Columbia River. This campground is in a great location. Plenty to do. As others have said, it is well maintained, while sites are not private, they are spacious, and there are trees for the shade. This is one of few campgrounds that allowed campfires in their fire pits in the middle of this dry, hot summer.
Nice roped off swimming area nearby. SIte had 30 amp, water and sewer. Sprinklers do come on on a strict schedule, but they let you know when it will be on for your site. But beware that the sprinklers also get part of the pad and tent area wet as well as grass.

Well manicured areas and beautiful views. Plenty for kids and adults to do in and close to the park. Some noise from illegal racing and train tracks close by.

Have stayed here a few times before. Love the green grass, full hookups, clean and maintained sites. Easy to day trip to Leavenworth. Can sometimes hear train noise from nearby tracks.

Most KOA’s are not as nice and charge $20 - $60 more so not a bad deal! Beautiful, large park that’s well maintained. Spots are spaced out nicely. Far enough from the road that you don’t hear cars. Decent cell signal.
