Very impressive facility. It rained most of the time there, and would have loved utilizing the go cart track, etc. Well stocked onsite store, just wished the hours were extended. We’ll definitely be back!!
This is my second time at this KOA. It the best staff so helpful and very nice, a lot shade and activities the kids love so much like go kart, pool, etc. and next to KOA there is horse back ride it so beautiful and so fun. Also very close to the town

It wasn’t my favorite. This KOA relied too heavily on the attractions they offered and took their eyes off what people really want: clean bathrooms. The bathrooms were outdated and falling apart. For example, there was a moldy looking ceiling tile with a large hole in it in the women’s room that had a dangling extension cord that powered a filthy fan blowing air into the room. It looked like an unsanitary fire hazard. There are some unisex showers near the pool. They aren’t better. One had the wall caving in and another had such low water pressure that I gave up trying to get all soap out of my hair. The other major issue is the site’s proximity to the highway. We had the AC on and it didn’t even remotely drown out the noise. It’s not their fault, but it’s something to consider if you are a light sleeper. I will say that it does have a fun atmosphere and my kids liked it, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

We camped here at the beginning of May 2015 with our Las Vegas Airstream Club. (Personally, I would have preferred boondocking nearby but with a large group of trailers it's much simpler to book an RV Park!) This is a nicely maintained park and it's great to be nestled in the tall pine trees. It has easy access to the freeway and to Williams, AZ and is a nice straight shot to the Grand Canyon (about 50 minutes away). They have a dog park and a very nice kids area, along with a miniature golf course. Like many KOAs, if you have kids I think it's an even more appealing place to stay.
I have no complaints about the park and if I was in the area I'd likely stay here again if I needed full hook ups. There is a fair bit of freeway noise as well as regular train whistles.
Tip: They have to truck in all of their water. So if you're able to arrive with your own tank of water I'm sure they'd appreciate it.

The only negative, is that you can hear the trains/traffic at night...but if you pay attention to the stars, enjoy the cooler weather with a cold beer or a glass of wine, it's not a big deal.
What makes this place such a great campground...there is something for everyone!
You're just minutes from Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon.
The management team truly cares about you enjoying your stay!!
You won't be disappointed.

This is a good choice if you want to spend a few days in Williams. It's very shady and woodsy, very clean and the staff is friendly.
The campground is tight, roads are a bit hard to navigate and the sites have no privacy. They put me in site #5 which has to be the worst site. I could not fit my tow vehicle as well as my 34ft RV even though I specifically reserved a site for my RV+Tow vehicle. I had to park the car elsewhere. The outer loop is better as you don't have people walking through your site all day and night to go to the pool/game room.
There's a nice hiking trail right behind the campground and 2 huge dog parks for the doggies.
Cell was strong. I was able to stream with T mobile fine, I didn't try streaming with Verizon or ATT.
Highway noise is a problem here and they keep the entire campground lit up like Christmas to the point of light shining through the windows all night. It's a bit overkill with the lights.
The amenities were great. Indoor pool, game room with a nice pool table and air hockey as well as a few video games. There's a large go kart track onsite and mini golf, horse shoes and play ground. Kids would have a blast here. Cost was a bit high at $55/night but that's par for the course with KOAs.

We used to love staying at Circle Pines, but it now has a "Holiday" designation and the prices are ridiculously high and it was very crowded. Fine if you have a family and want lots of activities for kids, but we were wedged awfully close to neighbors and couldn't wait to get out of there.

We tent camped here as my friend and I decided to take our kids for a little weekday summer trip. We chose this KOA because it was easily accessible to planned activities in Flagstaff and Grand Canyon. What no one at KOA ever told us, and Google wasn't aware either, is that due to current construction on I-40, this campground's exit is closed westbound. So coming from the east, we had to drive a little more than a mile to the next exit and turn around. However, the detour to go one mile west on I-40 to get to the exit for Grand Canyon takes you east on I-40 for twelve miles! We added 30 minutes to our trip simply to go one mile west. There HAS to be back roads, even if they're dirt, to avoid that nonsense, so I was irritated that no one at the KOA would mention it upon registration or check-in as I'm guessing a lot of people staying there head to Grand Canyon at least once during their stay here.
Other than that, it was an okay place to stay.
It really is right next to I-40. We could see and hear the highway from our site, which was also a surprise because most campgrounds place tents towards the back or in an out-of-the-way area. Not here. While the RV sites were arranged in a circle under lots of trees, the tent sites felt exposed. It was sunny and open and really not the woodsy campsite we were looking for. We followed a host on a golf cart to our site, which was an unlevel square of gravel with a huge rut on one side and one lone pine tree on the other. I immediately asked if we could get one with more shade, "Like this one right next door maybe?" as there were no other campers in this rectangle of ten tent sites. He said, "I can't do that, Darlin'. You gotta drive back to the office and work that out with them, Darlin'." He was condescending and rude, but the woman in the office was kind and helpful. We switched to the site next door which was more level and had an extra tree. It still faced the back of the go kart garage and the road, but what can you do?
The restrooms and showers were clean and convenient. We didn't use the pool or the mini golf, but the kids enjoyed the gaga ball court and giant pillow immensely. We all rode the go-karts one night. It's $8 for five minutes (about 8-10 laps maybe). It was okay. Nothing spectacular.
If the freeway exit is open, this is a good base for both Flagstaff and Grand Canyon.

Decent campground, but it is pretty crowded. The pool looked greenish but ok and the hot tub looked gross so we didn’t get in at all. About an hour from the Grand Canyon. We would stay again.
