Reviews
I chose to adventure Alapocas Run with my baby. The park itself is huge. It’s $8 to park. There are a lot of options as far as where to go. I chose to walk the trails. I was in the mood for more natural surroundings, and I wanted to see a waterfall. You will walk through parts of the town, and have to cross roads while you’re on the trail. Following the maps that are provided can be difficult if you don’t have somebody from the office explain what you’re heading towards. I only walked around 3 miles on the trail. They give you some options to go off the larger paved path, but I stuck to it because of the stroller.
If you’re looking for the waterfall just know that it’s man made, but you will see some natural streams running downhill (I uploaded several pictures) The park is still beautiful. You can hear the outside traffic until you get about a mile or so into the park then you can hear the running water. I do plan on going back to explore more of the park and the surrounding areas.
